Do I need a Costco or warehouse membership?
No. Prime Deals US is a standalone store. Anyone can shop with us — we handle sourcing and fulfillment so warehouse-style savings are accessible online and shippable across the U.S. and Canada.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and throughout Canada. Delivery options and timelines may vary by destination and product type. Enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options for your location.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days after shipment. Canadian orders may take a few additional business days depending on customs processing and your province. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available on select promotions or order minimums. Any shipping fees are calculated clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
Can I ship to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?
Some carriers and product types restrict delivery to P.O. boxes or military addresses. If an address isn't eligible, checkout will let you know before you complete your order.

How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email receipt with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes may not be possible — but our support team will do everything we can to help.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also reach out to customer service with your order number if you need an update.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items can be returned in their original condition for a refund or replacement, subject to our full return policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us right away with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — you shouldn't have to pay for items that arrive broken or unusable.

Why did an item go out of stock?
Warehouse-style deals move fast. When an item sells out, we're usually working to restock it. Sign up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page, or check back soon.
Do you sell perishable or frozen items?
Availability varies by product and shipping destination. Items that require special handling will note any restrictions on the product page and at checkout.
