Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Prime Deals US. Please review our return and refund policy below.

International orders (Canada)

All sales to Canadian customers are final. We do not accept returns from Canada due to international shipping limitations. However, if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at yuksoyus@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method — no return shipment required.

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Important: For health and safety reasons, we have strict limitations on what can be returned. Please review the non-returnable items section below before requesting a return.

Eligible returns

We accept returns only if:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Product is expired

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Food and beverage products (opened or unopened)
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, hygiene products)
  • Cleaning products and detergents (if opened)
  • Perishable goods (such as flowers or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

How to start a return

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at yuksoyus@gmail.com or submit a support ticket through our Contact Us page. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 30 days at yuksoyus@gmail.com or submit a support ticket
  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
  3. We'll send you return instructions
  4. Ship the item back securely (unused, original packaging)
  5. We'll send your replacement within 3–5 business days

Note: Food, beverages, personal care items, and opened cleaning products cannot be exchanged for health and safety reasons.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
